Schengen and borders scrutiny: EP working group held first meeting

A new Schengen and Borders Scrutiny Working Group, operating under the Parliament’s Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs, will scrutinise the state of the Schengen free-travel area. EU Commission clears creation of joint venture by Patient Square and Carlyle

The European Commission has approved the creation of a joint venture, Coding Solutions Topco Inc. (“CorroHealth”), by Patient Square Capital Holdings LLC (“Patient Square”) and Carlyle Group Inc.
