The EU Commission has approved the acquisition of joint control over Hamburger Hafen und Logistik Aktiengesellschaft of Germany by SAS Shipping Agencies Services S.à.r.l., of Luxembourg, and HGV Hamburger Gesellschaft für Vermögens- und Beteiligungsmanagement mbH of Germany.
