Russia’s war: France condemns the latest strikes in eastern Ukraine (August 8, 2023)

France strongly condemns yesterday’s Russian missile strikes targeting the cities of Pokrovsk and Kupiansk in eastern Ukraine. Norway: Second Norwegian financial contribution to the EPF
