Finland requests payment of €273m from EU under RRP

RRF: EU Commission approves €1.7bn Italian State aid scheme to support agrivoltaic installations

The European Commission has approved, under EU State aid rules, a €1.7 billion Italian scheme made available in part through the Recovery and Resilience Facility (‘RRF’) to support agrivoltaic installations. Eurojust backs global operation on tax evasion via sham contracts

Eurojust has supported the competent authorities in Germany, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland in a coordinated action against a group of suspects allegedly involved in tax evasion through sham contracts with foreign subcontractors. Recovery fund: EU Council greenlights updated national plans for Denmark, Lithuania, Austria and Sweden

The Council today adopted implementing decisions approving the amended recovery and resilience plans of Denmark, Lithuania, Austria and Sweden. The amended recovery and resilience plans now include a new REPowerEU chapter.
