Hybrid BEREC public debriefing on 9 October 2024 in Brussels

09 October

The Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) will hold its next public debriefing on 9 October 2024. The event will take place in Brussels,  IRG Secretariat, Rue de la Science 14A (3rd floor), and will be in hybrid format, allowing participants to participate both in person and online, via a livestream on the BEREC website.

On the Agenda

The debriefing will cover the key outcomes of BEREC’s 60th plenary meetings , the results of the BEREC Chairmanship 2026 elections, and the new composition of the BEREC Mini-board for 2025.

At the public debriefing, the incoming Chair, Robert Mourik (ComReg, Ireland), will present the draft BEREC Work Programme for 2025 and will be ready to answer stakeholder questions before launching the public consultation on the draft document.

The full Agenda of the event will be published on the BEREC website shortly after the plenary meetings on 3 October 2024. BEREC invites industry stakeholders and policymakers to attend the debriefing to gain insights into BEREC’s work, and encourages them to participate in discussions on the regulatory framework that will shape the future of electronic communications in the EU.

Registration

Those interested in attending the debriefing in person are invited to register early, as space is limited. The event will be online and livestreamed on the BEREC website, and those attending online also have the possibility to ask questions via the Q&A chat box.
