Mündliche Verhandlung vor dem Gerichtshof (Große Kammer) in der Rechtssache C‑560/20 Landeshauptmann von Wien (Familienzusammenführung mit einem minderjährigen Flüchtling)

Der Gerichtshof verhandelt heute über die Voraussetzungen für die Familienzusammenführung mit einem minderjährigen Flüchtling, der im Laufe des Verfahrens volljährig wird.
Ein unbegleiteter Minderjähriger aus Syrien wurde in Österreich als Flüchtling anerkannt. Seine Eltern sowie seine pflegebedürftige volljährige Schwester möchten nun zu ihm nach Österreich ziehen.
Das Verwaltungsgericht Wien möchte vom Gerichtshof erstens wissen, ob weiterhin die Regeln für die Familienzusammenführung mit einem minderjährigen Flüchtling anzuwenden sind, obwohl der Betreffende im Laufe des Zusammenführungsverfahrens volljährig geworden ist.
Zweitens möchte es wissen, ob der Zusammenführende über ausreichenden Wohnraum, über Krankenversicherungsschutz für sich und seine Familie und über ausreichende Einkünfte verfügen muss.
Und drittens, ob der volljährigen Schwester, die an sich nicht nachzugsberechtigt ist, deshalb ein Aufenthaltsrecht zu gewähren ist, weil sie auf die Pflege ihrer Eltern angewiesen ist und ihre Eltern sie daher nicht alleine in Syrien zurücklassen können.
Die Verhandlung findet vor der Großen Kammer des Gerichtshofs statt.

Information regarding which advertising is presented to you and how you interact with it can be used to determine how well an advert has worked for you or other users and whether the goals of the advertising were reached. For instance, whether you saw an ad, whether you clicked on it, whether it led you to buy a product or visit a website, etc. This is very helpful to understand the relevance of advertising campaigns.
- You have clicked on an advertisement about a “black Friday” discount by an online shop on the website of a publisher and purchased a product. Your click will be linked to this purchase. Your interaction and that of other users will be measured to know how many clicks on the ad led to a purchase.
