The Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) helps businesses innovate and grow on an international scale. It is the world’s largest support network for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with international ambitions. It is present in over 40 countries and gathers more than 450 member organizations. It is co-funded by the European Commission to offer free-of-charge advisory and partnership services to SMEs in Europe and beyond.
The Conference
The Enterprise Europe Network Annual Conference is the the Enterprise Europe Network’s flagship event. This year’s edition will take place on 15-17 November in a hybrid format, at the Bilbao Exhibition Centre in Spain.
Under the theme ‘The EEN at 15: showing the way forward for SMEs’, the conference will celebrate the 15th anniversary of the network and bring together network partners, representatives of EU institutions, and key external stakeholders to discuss how the network’s business support services can best meet the evolving needs of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
Three main objectives
- exchange ideas on how the Network can contribute to the European industrial transition
- share best practices to improve the quality and visibility of the Network’s services
- foster cooperation and synergies across borders among network members
High-level EU and national officials as well as representatives of the private sector are expected to join the opening session on 15 November.
