Does climate scenario analysis sufficiently capture climate and wider ecosystem tipping point financial risks?
Rather than a box ticking exercise within TCFD, climate scenario analysis should be considered an important tool for challenging BAU investment thinking, & enabling the decarbonisation and de-risking of portfolios. Yet feedback from investors suggests that too often, this is not currently the case.
