Infographic – EU solidarity with Ukraine
The Foreign Affairs Council will start with an exchange of views on the Russian aggression against Ukraine, after a short intervention via videoconference of Ukraine’s minister of Foreign Affairs Dmytro Kuleba.
The Council will then discuss the EU action plan on the geopolitical consequences of the Russian war of aggression, and be informed about current affairs. Under this agenda item, ministers will touch on: Sudan, Tunisia, Moldova, China, Lebanon and the Middle East Peace Process.
The Council will be preceded by an informal breakfast with the Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Marija Pejčinović Burić, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iceland, Þórdís Kolbrún Reykfjörð Gylfadóttir, and will feature a working lunch with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, Ilia Darchiashvili.
