On 27 September 2021, IMCO will hold a Public Hearing on “Consumer protection and automated decision making tools in a modern economy”.
The hearing is structured in two panels. The first panel will focus on automated decision-making tools and consumer protection in the internal market for goods and services, the second panel will address the use of automated decision-making tools and distributed ledger technologies to improve quality and quantity of information to consumers.
