OECD: Türkiye’s foreign bribery enforcement needs urgent overhaul
Türkiye has substantially increased available corporate fines for foreign bribery and made state-owned enterprises liable for this crime, but its failure to pursue foreign bribery cases raises serious concerns, according to the OECD Working Group on Bribery in International Business Transactions.
