Presidency priorities

In public session, the Spanish presidency will present the priorities for its term of office. Ministers will have an opportunity to present their comments.

EU’s long-term budget

The Council will hold a policy debate on the mid-term revision of the Multiannual Financial Framework 2021-2027. This point will also be taken in public session.

Annual rule of law dialogue

The presidency will present its plans regarding work on the evaluation of the Council’s annual rule of law dialogue.

Any other business

Under ‘Any other business’, the Commission will present its rule of law report 2023.
