Commissioner for Justice, Didier Reynders, is in London today, where he is attending an international meeting of Justice Ministers organised by the Ministry of Justice of the United Kingdom and the Ministry of Justice and Security of The Netherlands. The Commissioner is speaking at the opening session of the conference, which focuses on support to the International Criminal Court (ICC) and its investigation into the situation in Ukraine. The Commission has supported the ICC since the start of the war with over €10 million.

Following the conference, Commissioner Reynders will deliver a guest lecture for students of the Dickson Poon School of Law of King’s College London, in which he will present an overview of the Commission’s work to ensure accountability for the international crimes committed in Ukraine. The speech delivered at the conference will be available online later today.
