A comprehensive summary of the benchmark-based free allocation of emission allowances under the EU Emissions Trading System (ETS) as well as aggregated data and benchmark curves per sector can be consulted at the Commission website1.
The list of individual installations’ greenhouse gas emission intensities used for the establishment of benchmarks is not publicly available due to business confidentiality restrictions.
