Committee on Security and Defence delegation to Moldova
A seven-member delegation from the Committee on Security and Defence will visit Moldova from 14-16 April for talks with high-level government and parliament representatives. The main objective of the visit is for MEPs to assess the recently signed EU-Moldova Security and Defence Partnership, including the support provided through the common security and defence policy (CSDP) missions and the use of the European Peace Facility to strengthen and reform Moldova’s security and defence institutions.

Committee on the Internal Market and Consumer Protection delegation to Bologna, Italy
On April 14-16, nine members of the Committee on the Internal Market and Consumer Protection will travel to Italy where they will assess the implementation of EU legislation on local level and evaluate its impact on business circles. They will delve into consumer protection issues and problems faced by locals as well as the automotive industry. The delegation will also investigate challenges faced by tech start-ups as well as explore how digital and AI hubs can support digital transformation and industrial innovation.The delegation is led by Christian DOLESCHAL (EPP, DE). Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs delegation to Rotterdam and Antwerp
Five members of the Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs will visit the ports of Antwerp in Belgium and Rotterdam in the Netherlands to take stock of the fight against drug trafficking. They will meet with relevant local, port and customs authorities.

Committee on Petitions delegation to Vienna and Salzburg, Austria
From 14 to 16 April, a delegation of five MEPs from the Committee on Petitions, led by chair Bogdan RZOŃCA, will travel to Vienna and Salzburg following several petitions on the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) and the challenges related to wolf population management. During the three-day visit, they will engage with affected citizens, policymakers and NGOs to assess the possible impact of the EUDR on the Austrian forestry and examine the implications of wolf population management for farming.
