Join the online Brokerage Event on 20 May 2025 to learn about upcoming Horizon Europe calls on Virtual Worlds. Participants can ask questions, share project ideas, and connect with potential partners.
The European Commission is organising an online Brokerage Event to facilitate participation in the upcoming calls related to Virtual Worlds under the Horizon Europe Work Programme 2025.
The draft call texts have been pre-published on the same webpage as the Horizon Europe Work Programmes. The adoption of the work programme and the launch of the first calls for proposals are expected by mid-May 2025.
This event will provide:
– an overview of the forthcoming calls relevant to Virtual Worlds
– the opportunity to ask questions
– matchmaking opportunities for organisations interested in forming or joining consortia
Participants will also have the possibility to present their organisation and a short pitch about their proposal idea or expertise. To express interest in pitching, please complete the pitch template and indicate which call(s) you are interested in. Breakout sessions will be organised per call topic.
The event is open to organisations based in EU Member States and in countries associated to Horizon Europe. The Webex link will be shared with registered participants ahead of the event.

In the context of the Digital Europe Programme, the Digital Skills and Jobs Platform is organising an Info Day on 16 May 2025 to present the Virtual Worlds Skills Academy call. The platform also provides a dedicated networking tool to support partner search and idea exchange.
