Sabine Weyand, the Commission’s Director-General for Trade and Economic Security, will discuss with civil society organisations current trends and prospects for EU trade policy and economic security in today’s geopolitical environment.
The European Commission’s Trade and Economic Security department invites EU civil society organisations to a meeting with Sabine Weyand, Director-General for Trade and Economic Security, on 15 April, as part of a regular series of exchanges and dialogue with external stakeholders on trade policy.
She will discuss recent trends in EU trade policy and economic security in light of the current geopolitical environment, as well as prospects on key current and future initiatives.
Participants will have the opportunity to engage directly with Ms Weyand, sharing views and asking questions. We look forward to meeting you in person or online and hear your views and questions.
