Brussels, 15 January 2025

The EU Commission today announced the results of the various calls for proposals published in 2024 under the Creative Europe programme. With an overall budget of €170 million, the selected projects will support activities in the fields of cultural heritage, architecture, music, literature and publishing. or the performing arts, among others.

The projects will also reflect priority areas such as greening the cultural and creative sectors, as well as inclusion. Several of these include support for Ukraine’s cultural sectors, with the participation of Ukrainian partners. The results obtained today relate to five actions: cooperation projects, circulation of literary works, European networks of cultural and creative organisations, pan-European cultural entities and European platforms for the promotion of emerging artists.

Glenn Micallef, Commissioner for Intergenerational Equity, Youth, Culture and Sport, said:

Once again, the Creative Europe programme has fulfilled its mission to support the creative and cultural sectors, and I am pleased to see the quality and diversity of the projects selected in 2024. I look forward to another year of exciting challenges as we keep up the pace of 2025 to support, promote and protect Europe’s inventive and talented creative and cultural professionals.
