Today, CEER has published its Work Programme for 2025, which aligns with its Empowering Consumers for the Energy Transition Strategy (2022–2025). This comprehensive programme outlines key priorities and actions to address Europe’s energy challenges, ensuring sustainable, secure, and affordable energy for all.

The 2025 Work Programme focuses on three core areas:

  • Sustainable and efficient infrastructure, including energy system integration.
  • Consumer-centric dynamic regulation.
  • Well-functioning energy markets.

These priorities reflect CEER’s commitment to supporting the energy transition while placing consumers at the heart of energy policy and regulation.

The 2025 Work Programme comprises 14 reports and 4 key activities.

In addition, CEER has published its Evaluation of Responses document, which provides valuable insights into the feedback received from stakeholders during the public consultation of the Work Programme 2025. This document highlights stakeholders’ perspectives and demonstrates CEER’s ongoing commitment to transparency, inclusivity, and responsiveness in the regulatory process.
